Certified as safe and reliable, this charger is UL listed and CE TUV GS approved, with features such as short circuit and over-voltage protection, as well as automatic power-off after 8 hours of charging time to enhance security. It has an input of AC 100-120V, 50/60Hz, 1A, and an output of 36V, 1A (1000mA), with a maximum charging voltage of up to 42V DC.

The charger features a unique mini 3-prong inline female connector, measuring 8mm (0.3 inches) in diameter, with a 6-foot (1.8m) extended cord. This design helps prevent the use of non-Li-ion chargers with Li-ion battery systems, and vice versa. The charger is intended for Lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery packs only, and should not be used with any other battery types, as it may damage the batteries.

The charger's indication lights provide visual feedback, with a red light turning on during charging and a green light illuminating when the battery is fully charged or not in charge. The typical charging time is 4-6 hours.
